What is the minimum booking time?
We recommend to book your limousine 8 hours prior. If you require limousine
booking on an urgent basis, feel free to contact us and our customer
representative would be happy to help.
What are your cancellation policies?
Trips Cancellation done 6 hours prior to a pickup time, a full charge of a trip will be
charged plus HST. If canceled 8 hours prior to the pickup time, a fee of 50% trip
fare plus HST will be charged.
What is the waiting period after the flight?
1 hour free grace time period after flight lands.
How can I book your limousine service?
Booking a limousine with us is very easy and fast. You can book your trip in the
"Book a Limousine" section of our website or call us to book your trip.
What amenities are provided in your vehicles?
All vehicles are stocked with bottled water and mints. However, if you need
anything, please give us a call to discuss it with our customer service
representatives.
How long does the driver wait for passengers to arrive at the airport?
For arriving flights, the driver waits for about 1 hour, while for international flights, the maximum waiting time is 2 hours.
Regarding meet and greet services, what happens if my flight is delayed?
Your meet and greet service will not be impacted by flight delays. We offer 60
minutes free grace time period after flight lands. For arrival, our greeters and
drivers track flights status efficiently in order to serve you best.
What if I want to extend my booking duration during the trip?
Let our driver know and he will contact us. If the driver does not have immediate
booking, it should be possible to extent the duration.
