What is the minimum booking time?
Even though last-minute bookings are allowed, we recommend that you book your limousine in advance and remember to book it 24 hours in advance.
What are your cancellation policies?
Cancellation fee 0% when requesting cancellation before 24 hours of scheduled pickup time. A cancellation fee of 25% if you request a cancellation between 2 and 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellation fee of 50% when requesting cancellation 1-2 hours prior to scheduled pickup time.
Cancellation fee of 100% in case of a no-show at the scheduled pickup time.
All deposits are non-refundable
A no-show fee equal to the fare plus a tip of 15% (minimum $65) will be charged if the passenger fails to show up at the designated location or cancels the booking after our vehicle has been dispatched. Please call us to avoid being billed for a no-show if you cannot find your Sedan/Limousine.
How can I book your limousine service?
Booking a limousine with us is very easy and fast. You can book your trip in the "Book a Limousine" section of our website or call us to book your trip.
What amenities are provided in your vehicles?
All vehicles are stocked with bottled water and mints. However, if you need anything, please give us a call to discuss it with our customer service representatives.
How long does the driver wait for passengers to arrive at the airport?
For arriving flights, the driver waits for about 1 hour, while for international flights, the maximum waiting time is 2 hours.
Regarding meet and greet services, what happens if my flight is delayed?
Our trained and experienced drivers will follow your flight and adjust their schedules accordingly. If you can let us know, it would be great if we keep an eye on flight changes.
